(1) This is Indian Private Limited company and was incorporated in 2014.
(2) In 2015, company registered address was changed.
(3) Company is lying idle. Didn't done any business and transactions. No bank account. It was registered and left as it is.
I want to keep it as a dormant company. Kindly quote service charge for compliance filling up to March 2018 (excluding roc fees).
