Well, I’m going to explain about this project app.

Starting, most people who joins this type of services used to have the same format. That is phone calls or WhatsApp messages. This entails a lot of problems.

First one will be time. Because costumers don’t know how long will it take to order, pick up the order, and deliver it.

Second one will be cost for service provided. As usual, prices and taxes are never set on platform. So them always tend to vary.

One of the solutions will be updated prices, post selling services, and finally have a shorten time about delivery time.

- Delivery Process.

1. Costumer makes an order by the app.

2. Establishment accept the order, that will be a restaurant, grocery store, drugs stores, etc. The establishment has an option to put an estimated time that the will be ready to pick up.

3. The delivery person receives the order: Receive a notification about the order in process. The delivery person has the possibility of pick up more than one order, this according to the rout delivery person has with the estimated time that the establishment give. When the delivery person picks up the order, this generate an alert on phone costumer to know that his or her order is on the way.

4. Order’s delivery. The process ends, when costumer receives the order.

• Delivery cost will be according to distance and the availability of delivery person.

• Profit for the manager will be 30% about total delivery cost.
