Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Google Sheets-based account management system with integrated barcode scanning capabilities. This system will be used to manage and track various business activities including sales, purchases, returns, claims, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in Google Apps Script, basic web development, and familiarity with barcode scanning technologies.
Key Features Required:
Google Sheet Setup: Create a Google Sheet with the following columns: Total Sales, Purchases, Returns (subdividing into Courier Returns and Customer Returns), Claims, Platform Name, Purchase Amount, and Benefits.
Barcode Scanning Integration:
Implement a system that allows scanning barcodes using a mobile phone camera.
The scanned information should be used to search and locate corresponding details in the Google Sheet.
Ideally, the system should allow marking or updating records as needed directly from the scan results.
Data Management:
The system should allow for easy input, edit, and deletion of records.
Include functions for automatic calculations, such as total sales or purchase amounts.
User-Friendly Interface:
Develop a simple and intuitive interface for non-technical users.
Include a custom menu in Google Sheets for easy access to the barcode scanning function.
Compatibility:
Ensure the solution is compatible with both Android and iOS devices for barcode scanning.
Documentation:
