2d animator needed for anime project

We are searching for a 2d animator or team to animate an upcoming independent anime. We are looking for an extremely talented individual or team. In terms of animation think Jin-Roh The Wolf Brigrade, Cowboy Bebop, or Akira for style. It is a 10 episode episodic series. Time run estimates episode 1-2 40 min each, episodes 3-9 20-23 mins, and episode 10 40 mins. Due to the amount of work needed for the series we want to speak early with the animation team as you likely would not begin until mid/end 2022.
