Review Design and help implement elements in Elixir

Version 2 of software, this time written in Elixir. Need help with overall design and programming help with the implementation at all levels. Currently a newbie to Elixir and know it's the right solution for our needs. Looking for someone to help with overall design and help with the actual programming implementation.
