Short biography of Britney Spears

Hello,
I am developing several celebrity sites and I need to establish contact with a person who can research and write short biographies of individual celebs.
Each biography will be about 100-120 words, give or take. It must be highly informative, completely researched and accurate, with links to individual sources to further information embedded in the text (like Wikipedia does).
The text must be dry and witty yet gushingly warm and full of love for the celebrity in question and mankind in general.
This project deals with a Britney Spears biography. With that accomplished the next will follow in a spearate project.
