Online English Tutor Needed for a Grade 8 School Student

We provide online tuition services to student around the world. Currently we need someone who can tutor English to a Grade 8 School Student. Student is currently in Qatar.
Emphasis shall be on teaching Grammar, writing skills and conversation. We require a candidate with a clean English accent. Candidates having prior school teaching experience will be preferred. Method of teaching will be via Skype (Screen Sharing etc) .
We can only afford to consider bids upto $8/hr . Thanks
