Looking for a quick admin assistant - Will forward several emails with mp3 / wav attachments to be transcribed into a simple database, the attachments contain information such as name, phone number, and type of work they say they can do - The DB will have fields for each, a field for the entire message transcription, and some check boxes for the categories of work that need to be filled out. Approximately 30 messages, usually ~ 1 minute each.
Also have a google docs / Excel spreadsheet that needs to be extended, contains worksheets for monthly payments - Need to add 14 additional months - Must be able to understand the spreadsheet as it is now, it carries over data from the prior worksheet so each has to be edited to reference the prior month, not the month you copy from - Simple but a little time consuming.
Bidder should be able to complete all work with no questions from us, we'll provide web based database and the google docs page we'll temporarily share with you once chosen as the winning bidder - If you don't understand it you should abort the work if you can't complete it / don't understand - Please don't bid if you aren't confident you can figure out these details.
Post in your bid if you can work starting approximately 1700 GMT today until completed - Prefer to award bid early and start around 1700.
