Illustration Needed ASAP

i need an awesome illustrator for this project. I have a photo ([url removed, login to view] )that I would like turned into a cartoon. Please mimic the style of the examples ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]). The illustration will be used for a shopping website. Please provide 1 copy with a white background and one copy with a background similar to example ([url removed, login to view]) with the model holding shopping bags etc.
