We need a product selection wizard on the home page of our OpenCart webshop with laptop parts.
Why:
Based on dependent options the selection wizard enables customers to quickly find the product that fits the laptop of our customer.
FRONT (homepage):
Slider with options dependent on the settings in the Admin backend.
After selection of an option, the next slider will appear or will directly go to the product page. Each slider will have an information button. Clicking on this information button will show a information text within the slider. The information text is set within the backend Admin by means of a html text editor.
ADMIN (back-end OpenCart):
In the backend we should be able to set the different (dependent) options, add information text with a HMTL text editor.
General requirements:
# Design - similar to look and feel of current OpenCart webshop template. Mock-up attached shows an indication, but more design is required to make the selection tool nice and smooth.
# Technical - should work on all browsers, all screen sizes, and on all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop etc.).
# Size of options should be responsive. For example; with 2 options images are larger, with 3 or 4 options images are smaller.
# Should work on multiple OpenCart shops - tool should be installed by us to other OpenCart webshops.
