ASP contacts to Outlook 2003

We have an ASP tool that includes information for contacts and calendars. It would be very nice if users could click a button in their browser to link/transfer one or more items from our Domino database or SSL-protected page into Outlook 2003. Our clients are shorthanded within their IS depts, so we would rather not set up a server-to-server link. Must be a browser client to Outlook client. Is there a .NET tool that allows this? JAVA?? Am open to ideas - but security is crucial. User must control all info flow - but must be one or 2 click process. Any brilliant solutions out there? Not sure of size of project.

I can write an ASP script that creates an Outlook 2003 calendar or contact file. All the user would need to do is download and open the file to import into Outlook.
