Moving Ads Database from Oxyclassifieds to Classipress

Hi, We need an expert database personal . who have good knowledge in moving database from one script to another script and optimized [url removed, login to view] have a classified website based on Oxyclassifieds [url removed, login to view] has 12 thousand post in it. We need to move it from oxy to wordpress ( Classipress theme ).
