Small Plesk Management

Looking for someone very experienced with cPanel / Plesk that can manage a small VPS in UK. Since we're using cPanel we prefer to get someone that has a lot of experience with plesk and cpanel management / migrations.
Right now, there are just 4 accounts (idle) on a cpanel vps and need to migrate them to a new Plesk 12.5 VPS. We will install also Tomcat 7 in the VPS (CentOS) since there's one app that will use it also.
Please post what you want to get for a monthly basis. Thanks
