Migrate Dialogflow API calls from V1 to V2

Our customized chatbot is developed with Node.js, Express and a combination of other modules. It also uses external 3rd party services for its functions, and Dialogflow is one of it.
We need to update from Dialogflow's V1 API to V2. We only use Dialogflow's /query (no /intent, etc. or Fulfillment function).
The code is on Gitlab and runs on AWS EC2. It is important the original functions not be affected in anyway (for example, abilities to: add items to cart, checkout, send notification emails, contact and chat with customer support, etc.).
No cover letter required.
