106531 Small MySQL / Perl Job

We currently use Perlbill for our billing needs. There are a few small changes that we need to be made :-

1. We would like to keep a log of the last 50 IP addresses used to login to staff and admin control panels. This data should be stored in the database and be visible in the admin control panel.

2. We would like to receive an email every time someone logs into the admin control panel, this email address should be changeable in the admin control panel. Also, we would like the same option for the staff control panel, with the ability to turn it on/off for each member of staff.

3. We would like an additional field adding to the customer record in the database for mobile phone numbers. This should then be editable by admin and the customer and visible by staff.

4. There is a forgotten password link for customers, we would like this to recognise their secondary email address.

5. The system has an email to customer and announcement function, we would like to be able to use tags to personalise emails (i.e. {firstname} would add the customers first names to the database. We would require about 5 tags.
