a few changes to .net website

looking for some one who can complete the graphical element of the currently functional website, lacking certain fuctionalities, like social networking, requires updated images, newer look and feel, a few pages information needs to be updated. Paypal integration needs a currency change. List includes but not limited to(all data/images will be provided):

1. logo change

2. ad banners to be added

3. paypal currency change

4. few pages info need to be fixed, added/removed

5. link to social networking

6. make the site look better and more professional in general

Worker must adhere to deadline and must have good working knowledge of the listed tasks. As the site is in .net and microsoft sql, I will consider a quote to translate the entire site into php for cpanel (currently hosted on windows shared hosting).
