Animation of alpha-numeric characters

Hello.

This project is to build a software that uses "transmutation method" to animate alpha-numeric characters.

**In the transmutation method the adjacent characters of alpha-numeric text are replaced by a sequence of intermediate graphical shapes. When said shapes are displayed in an overlaid fashion, one after another, they create an animated (transmuted) image of said alpha-numeric text.

** The detailed description of this method is provided in the attached document.

The requirements:

- The software must use a plain text file as an input. Where can be multiple text files that are to be displayed simultaneously - up to 50

- Output of the stream(s) of transmuted characters in real time on a graphical display. Variable output parameters:

1) variable speed (number of displayed frames per second),

2) scalable size of the output stream (from approx 5 mm in height to full screen size)

3) ability to change a color (every stream of different color).

This project was already done using Macromedia Flash. The downsides of that method is that it puts a huge load on computer resources. Secondly, the vector animation that Flash uses is far from optimal - it breaks the shapes of characters when one is being transmuted into another. I will attach SWF file as an illustration. An animation GIF file (hand drawn) is included to illustrate what kind of transmutation is desired.

I have other projects that peruse the transmutation method. I would be glad to offer them to a coder who successfully fulfill the requirements of the current project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
