extract still image from wmv/asf file

I'de like a ATL COM object, that retrieves still Frame images from wmv/asf files and saves it to a file in gif format or jpg format. The call can look like this: getStillFrame("Path/[url removed, login to view]", "time position in seconds", "Resize params as [url removed, login to view]", "Path/[url removed, login to view]", "output format(jpg,gif)" ) Also need a simple call to retrieve the length of the video in seconds. I should be able to call this through asp script. I have code that will extract a frame and dump it to bmp file using WMFormat SDK, the file is attached. I can email the code if needed. Your responsibility would be to package it all as a COM component, add code to resize the image, and convert to gif/jpg file. If you'de like to make this in .NET, no problem.
