Missing Elements of a Format Specification

In the past I hired someone to write a format spec for icom r20 (generated by cs-r20 sofware) files. His work was of great help to my research, with it i was able to write a proper converter and i have decoded all elements of the simplistic file. through a process of trial and error i tested each element of the file, deturmined where it is stored by generating and comparing.

however, there are a few segments of this data file which i cannot deturmine the purpose for. these segments are under 300 bytes long and there are only a couple.

i am looking for anyone with expience analyzing files, using a hex editor, familiar with various data types.

i wish to collaborate, preferably by AIM. i will provide all knowledge of the file format, and explain the way it works and detail the segments i dont understand.

if anyone is confident they could account for 100% of the data please place a bid and explain your expirience.

i uploaded the source code to my current converter. it also contains .bin files labled with the data ranges in question (the data i do not know the purpose of). [url removed, login to view] is the entire binary file (converted from [url removed, login to view]), [url removed, login to view] is then converted to various CSV files and an INF. my work decodes 90% of the file. the task is to make that number 100%.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
