P2P Network of a new generation

hallo,

i want to build a new p2p network and i'm looking

for **a team of developers** able to complete this project

in a short time period. my english is not really good

but i hope you'll understand the requirements.

#requirements

**first of all, i don't want a vb, java or .net solution.

i need a team of professional developers with a lot

of experience on network programming.**

the software should be build in c++/c# and asm.

asm is required for a lot of stuff inside this project

so one of your team members should be really good using it.

i want to see some examples you made in the past.

please give me some short technical descriptions

about your top projects.

**if you can't provide all of this requirements please

#small overview

the network should work completely decentral, full anonymous,

full encrypted, not traceable, really fast and maybe

with it's own decentral domain system.

i need a network structure based on regional cells,

every connected client should work as hub and peer and

able to communicate with other cells. also every client

should have a cache for most wanted files of its cell.

for some parts of the network traffic (ex. uploads)

i want to use spoofed udp packets, i'll provide

a NDIS driver for it and if needed the source codes.

this was just a really small overview, we'll talk

about more details later, but this is a really

large project and i don't want freetime developers for it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
