Mystery shopping database and survey software

Essentially I would like a website and database program similar to spectre ([url removed, login to view]) My website is fine and doesn't need major modifications. I simply need a database for mystery shoppers which is linked to my website. When a new shopper complete an online registration form their details are added to a database and an account is created for them which they can access at any time via our website.([url removed, login to view]) Once they have an account they are able to check for assignments which will be posted at random. They will be able to read a small amount of information about each assignment, however if they wish to be allocated the work they will have to complete and pass an online test before they have access to the full assignment information. The system should be able to recognise when someone passes the test and the relevant information becomes available. The shopper will then need to allocate a time when they will complete the work on a timetable. Once they have accepted the work they will receive a copy of the survey and instructions. The shopper completes the mystery shopping assignment as usual and logs on to the website to enter the results into the online survey (which they can access from the website account) I currently have some survey software (SurveyPro) which I purchased last year. It works well, however I have to email the survey link to the shoppers and then they complete the survey online. What I want from this system is essentially a backup database for this survey software and an online interface so shoppers can login and access their account. I am not sure how they surveys and other information (assignments etc) will be posted in the shopper accounts so if you have any ideas please include them with your quote.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
