Flash website design project

I currently maintain a website at http://www.lancasterinfocus.com.
It is a site for a modern style wedding photography business in the UK.
The site has been running for a while and does well in attracting customers......but it is time for a redesign.
I will supply you with approx 50 high-res wedding pics for you to use in the design together with an .mp3 music file of Bach's 'Air on a G String' which I wish to be used as background music for the intro.
I envisage that the site will be designed using Macromedia Flash.
A short 'flash' intro is required leading to a site that uses creative, modern menus leading to the other pages. (about us, gallery of pictures, prices, contact details etc etc).
We will supply you with the wording that is required on each page but I require a system where the text displayed on each 'flash' page is read each time it is loaded from a text file. I can therefore change the text displayed on each page without having to have any knowledge of 'Flash'
Would all bidders please submit examples sites that they have designed in the past.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
