Simple Facebook App - Contest With like dinamics

Simple facebook app, to be mounted over the fanpage.
Fans have to accept the app permissions to capture there profile picture, post to the wall, profil info, etc.
Process is simple, user picks a card design, customizes the text, then app build the card with his picture and creates a specific url for voting purpose. User invites fis friends to vote (with the like button)
All design and graphic material will be provided.
It is important to identify the card with more likes at the end of the activity (2 weeks).
We prefer Flash for the execution but we are open to suggestions.
