Redesign and rebuild forums.

Looking for experienced coder and designer. Looking to redo and redesign the current forums section on [[url removed, login to view]][1] If you do not have a rating please dont bid your just wasting your time. Im looking for experienced highly rated web designers and coders only.

## Deliverables

-Use current database/userbase for the forums.

-Make it so the users who are already users of the site dont have to sign up to talk on the forums.. Basically the forums shouldnt be sign up it should just be for members. That way the members dont have to sign up twice.

-Forums must have the same type of design as the other pages on the site. IE [url removed, login to view]

-Also want the users pics if they make a comment on the forums to be on the side of that comment.

-Want tons of emoticons.

-Want easy admin options so I may take care of the forums easily.

-Looking for creativity here.

-Must work 100% correctly with no errors.

Needs to be able to run fully funtional, error free, Flawlessly on [url removed, login to view]'s
