It needs to be fast and load very quickly, but mainly needs to look very very professional. [url removed, login to view] - The whole concept behind the idea is that a person will subscribe to another users channel and in return they will then show up for another user to subscribe to. The ratio of 1:1. So for example if 1 person subscribes to 100 people, in return they will receive 100 subscriptions from the next 100 users. It will work the same as a traffic exchange program, only subscribers. The captha button must be as shown in the detail, these capthas are available online. When the user picks the correct captha they then press the subscribe button ( This will in turn subscribe to the current user and bring the user to the next page) It will then update the this user has subscribed to 1 person. This user will then become available for 1 subscription and will be put directly onto the list to be subscribed to by the next user that is online. So anytime someone subscribes to someone they should get a subscribstion off the following user almost in 5-10 seconds. If 1 user is only due to get 1 subscribe, we need to make sure they do not appear for 3-4 users at same time ( We will have alot of traffic onsite so this cannot happen ) Once a certain username has subscribed to 25 people we will have a blocking page that will not allow them get anymore subscribers or subscribe to anymore people unless they fill out a Survey ( I will supply the Survey code that will appear on the blocking page ) We will have blocking pages at 25 Subscribers - 100 subscribers - 200 - 300........

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.

JPG Page 4 will have to have the username and email address. When the option is purchased then that username will no longer get the blocking page depending on which package they purchased. The payment will need to go straight through to Paypal with the price already entered.
