We are on over-the-air television startup based in Coral Gables FL, broadcasting popular Movies, Series, Documentaries and Cartoons for the Spanish market in the United States.
We want to provide our viewers the same content but available online.
We are looking for a [login to view URL] ‘C-L-O-N-E’ for both the Front-end and Back-end of development. [login to view URL] will be a mirror of its broadcast channel.
The programming language we preferred is PHP, AJAX, JQUERY, HTML, JavaScript.

Project Overview
I. Video Player Authentication:
The player is the foundation of the website, thus must be extremely agile and dynamic:
USER TYPES:
1) Unregistered (Public/Publico)
a) Users can only watch videos marked as “Clips”
b) When a User tries to click on Premium or Free membership video, user is promoted with a message in the player to “Register for a Free or Premium account to watch this video”.
2) Registered (Free/Gratis)
a) Can watch up to (3) selected videos per month.
b) Can watch unlimited (30) seconds preview of all the videos in the library.
c) Can watch all videos marked as “Clips”
d) IP Geo- block for countries outside of the United States or Australia.
3) Registered (Premium/Mas+)
a) User has complete access to all content and videos without any restrictions.
b) Unlimited access to the entire video library.
II. Video Playlist / Queue Module (+)
• Creates a customize Playlist (Free & Premium)
• Users can move videos to ranks.
• Users can share their playlist to friends.
• Users can name and rename their playlist.
III. User rating (5 stars)
Each video can be rated or ranked from a star scale of 1 thru 5.
• User can modified their rank at anytime.
• Ranking will determine videos popularity and thus will automatically be showcased on the “Highest ranked videos” on the site.
IV. Subtitles Plugin
Each video has the ability to turn ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ [CC] Subtitles in English only.

V. Adverstiment (Pre-rolls and Mid-rolls)
The rolls are to be used mostly for free and unregistered users.

VI. Membership:
Membership is not required to browse OR watch clips, but is has its limitation.
VII. Splash Banner.
The banner will display new promoted content from a feed. The slide will automatically slide to the right, but can be manually overwritten with the side arrows (<,>)
Requirements:
o If user clicks on the presented slide, it must link them to its corresponding page.
o The banner will showcase the latest Clips, Videos and Latest episodes from a RSS feed.
VIII. Social Plug-in Implementation
This site will be built on social networks:
1) Facebook Social APP
a) log in with facebook (INSTANT SIGN-UP)
b) Like “Button”
2) Twitter
a) Twitter RSS Feed
b) Follow “Button”
IX. Content Feeds
The site has to work based on the content analytics of user use.
• Most popular videos/photo
• The most watched video/photo
• Recently Played videos
• Most commented page or video
Main page will contain (5) dynamic main feeds that would propagate according to recent or other user interaction.
X. Navigation Language
The site will have an available option button for English & Spanish specific versions, (Default: Spanish).

XI. Omnipresent Suggested Search bar
The search box will be an e-x-a-c-t copy of [login to view URL], for indexing the entire video database library.
• Index all videos including Clips
