RocketTheme Javascript Template Modification

I am using Joomla! to create my website and I have purchased a template from [url removed, login to view], however I want to be able to make a modification to the template so that it adds extra drop down panels (The template is Mynxx). I have read a tutorial to add one which worked fine but adding anymore than one is not detailed.

I believe this modification will use the javascript file, rokutils.js. So, bidders will need to know javascript language.
