5 fixes/changes for Joomla site

I have a joomla site with changes needed. I am able to give more details, but below are the basic changes. Please let me know if there are any questions.

1. double quotes are stripped from fields
All the fields on the edit and add dog pages strip out the double quotes. Double quotes need to remain in these fields. The pages this effects are:

2. Admin edit page not working
On the administrator side after a dog is edited, the data is uploaded, but the new page that shows up is blank.

3. Don't show "View other dogs by this owner" link if the "dog_mydog" is false
On this page:[url removed, login to view]
There is a link that says "View other dogs by this owner" if the corresponding dogs field "dog_mydog" is false then this field should not appear.
4. On "dog's by this owner page" don't show dogs that are marked as "not owner"

In the dataase there is a field called "dog_mydog" if that is false then dogs should not show up on the above page.
5. Drop down selection fields for "Sire" and "Dam" not working in Internet Explorer.
This is dealing with all four pages where dogs are edited or added.

In Internet Explorer 7 & 8 (probably other versions, but haven't tested yet) the drop down for the Sire and Dam do not stay opened. Probably has something to do with the CSS styling. It is ok to change the appearance of the drop downs, as long as they work properly in all browsers.
