Joomla site implementation

We need a website built in Joomla. The Phase One site needs to be built in the next 3 weeks. The site is a pretty standard Joomla implementation using a Section / Category / Content Framework. The Homepage consists of 6 modules. Each Main section page will be a category page with one right position module. Many secondary pages will also be category pages. The Media & Events and Fellows Sections’ secondary pages will each have a right positioned module too. There will be a discussion board implemented in Phase 1 ??" Joomlaboard would be fine, but we are open to suggestions. We will provide the Joomla templates. You will be responsible for integrating the templates, and providing assistance if tweaks are required. Your bid is only for PHASE ONE. The project will start in the next two days. The Phase 2 part of the site will be built late in January or next month. Once completed with Phase 1, and if you work is good, we will do a private bid for Phase 2. We have included the Phase 2 items only so we ensure that you know what is coming, and so that you can plan for it. There is a custom component needed. Please see the attached PDF which visually describes the Architecture and the memo which textually describes the features. In the Architecture document Phase 2 items are gray. The interim deliverables will be: a) Site skeleton (no modules or templates integrated) by the end of the first week; b) modules added and templates integrated by end of second week; c) final delivery. At every stage we will test and provide a bug list.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
