PHP Development for web hosting business

We are looking for one or more highly experienced PHP developers for several projects.
As a web hosting company it is important for us that you understand the need to create a great customer experience, even if you will mainly work on our backoffice applications.
You will be responsible for developing scripts to migrate customers from one hosting control panel (custom developed) to another administration panel (Parallels Plesk). You will work closely with our local staff and communicate with them via mail, skype, phone and our issuetracking software.
We expect the following skills from you:
Excellent knowledge of PHP development
Knowledge of smarty is a big plus
You have worked with Parallels Plesk before or have even migrated a large number of hosting customers to Plesk
Working together with a remote team is nothing that scares you
We prefer working with you for a long period of time. This means that you can be quite sure that we have other projects for you as well after successfully finishing this one. Please let us know why we should choose you, please include some recent work you have done (maybe even for web hosting companies) and please do NOT send us standard mails which you send to hundreds of other people as well.
