Logo Design for the company noxym.
The string "noxym" or "Noxym" is part of the logo.

Requirements:
a) The logo design should support the logo to be used on all media e.g. web pages, web banners, flyers, neon signs, t-shirts, letter heads, mugs and other murchandise
b) The logo should be compact and easy to recognize
c) The logo should display well in very small and large sizes
d) The logo should distinguish itself well on uni coloured backgrounds
e) The logo should be of high visual contrast to stick well out when used on higly structed and fully poplulated media like newspaper pages, web pages and catalogs.
f) The logo should display well on most computer screen resolutions
g) The logo should display well on a mobile phone screen
h) The logo should combine well with the tag line "where your experience matters" and "we value your experience"
i) The logo should have at least one colour
Prospect for further work:
In case of mutual success and satisfaction we will offer 2 more logo designs and 2 - 3 web site developments if capabilities match in the area of web site development.

All design results delivered in digital form as follows:
a) Original design files so that the logo can be modified by us as needed and typical output formats can be generated by us

Desgin and development process requirements:**
Initially the designer identifies himself by name proves his capabilities thru a demonstration of previous results.
a) The designer delivers initially serveral (minimum 6 different sketches and 3 intemediate drafts) logo designs to identify options and directions for further refinement.
b) we pick one or two options for refinement
c) after refinement we pick a logo to finalize design
** During design we are allways available for review and clarifing questions to help minimize effort and speed up development. Also we are open to suggestions to structure the collaboration effectively.

"All deliverables are completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full copyrights to." |
Conditions:
a) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. All copyright ramifications, if any, need to be explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer.
