Online store:
1. Customers are unable to proceed past step 2 of the checkout process.
Step 2: Billing Information – once all the customer’s details are entered and the Continue button is selected, instead of proceeding to step 3, the page reverts back to the shopping cart.
2. Security Certificate
There appears to be security certificate errors in the checkout – see 2012 07 11 02.jpg. On selecting “Show Content” the following is seen – 2012 07 11 03.jpg.
3. Invalid message in shopping cart.
In 2012 07 11 [login to view URL] you can see that there is a message regarding postage costs “Within Australia, postage is $8 ....” This policy was stopped a long time ago, yet this message is still there and I don’t know how to switch it off.
Magento Admin:
1. Can’t change Inventory quantities and status (eg Out of Stock) when editing an individual product.
Select Catalog > Manage Products: a product is opened for editing, then Inventory selected and changes are made to quantities and status. On selecting Save, the page reverts to the Dashboard and the changes are not saved.
However, these changes can be saved by selecting the product in the Manage Products and selecting Update Attributes in the Action box in the upper right, Submit, then making the changes.
2. Can’t add new products.
Select Catalog>Manage Products>Add Product. For a simple product, after adding the attributes, on selecting Save or Save and Continue Edit the page reverts to the Dashboard and the product is not saved.
3. Index Management issue
Select System>Index Management. Catalog URL Rewrites: status – “reindex required”. Selecting “reindex data” doesn’t result in reindexing.
4. Zend Platform Vulnerability
Can you please address this if required.
