I want to build a basic webpage that grabs information from a flight api (like flight aware [login to view URL])
The user would input their address, and when a plane flies within a given radius, the webpage shows the information about the plane that is flying above.
I would like it to be built as a responsive webpage (should work for various screen sizes)
(preferably in PHP, but open to other languages if you prefer)

I would like it to have some nice design elements, (it can't be just black and white).
Please read all the requirements in the doc.
