Database added to my Imagehosting Website.

Hi everyone.
I am in the process of making a Gaming image hosting website.
I need 2 simple thing done, wich i dont have the skill to complete.
1st. Add a database of game category on the website so when people upload their picture,
They will have to select wich game the picture is related to.
2nd: Add the database of game category in the gallery section of the website.
Let's say someone is looking for ''Starcraft'' picture. When he goes in the gallery section he should be able search for all uploaded picture using the ''Starcraft'' Category.
My website is already online and i've been working hard on it.
