216417 need ghost user profiles added

I have an OS Date site and I need 2000 ghost profiles with and without photos to inflate the number of users registered with my site so people would be more apt to join? Would it also be possible to create a dynamic code to random ghost profiles for the zip codes to change based on where the user is logging in from? I have seen this similar script used on other social sites to trick users into thinking that another"user" is in their locale.
