365860 Twitter follower site/matrix

I am looking for someone with twitter follower scripts - since I'm looking to develop a simple twitter follower matrix script. Here are the details, I need this in PHP, Mysql format.

Twitter Follower-Adder Matrix Club

Step1: user would arrive at the website, register for the site, and login we need to find a way to keep their twitter info safe ( what is the safest way to keep their password or not keep it?)

Step2: the user would see their stats and their ratio:

# of users followed =

# of users Following you =

The site ratio is set in the admin | USERS FOLLOWED : USER FOLLOWING YOU [1.5 : 1]

the user has two options

1 - Click to Follow new Users - this would allow our script to add 15 of the site users to follow first rather then just getting ones from keyword search of twitter users)

2 - Click to have new followers - this would allow our script to add 10 user to follow them on Twitter

So the system is designed to balance out all the user so we provide followers to our site members

I would like to look at the options of users buying followers via our site and the admin adding them to the software which will control who follows who.

functional details of script

admin should have ability to add twitter accounts that pay to have followers (ie. $1 per follower), then the script would need to know how many followers to send or when a specified expire date arrives

- also when the script does not have any other users to provide, it should wait til new users join the script.
