Update Stock from our Opencart website to Amazon & eBay

We have an opencart website, version 1.5.6. We have a script that runs a couple of times a day and retrieves stock levels from our suppliers FTP site. This then updates the stocks on our website to reflect the same.
However this doesn't update our stocks into Amazon and eBay.
We currently have a Opencart plugin called Openbay pro that manages our Amazon and eBay listings. See Link

We would like a script to run after our supplier stock update to amend our Amazon and eBay stock levels. There will be certain parameters eg if supplier only has 5 in stock our Amazon/eBay stock should be 0
Also if over 5 in stock our Amazon/eBay stocks will show a maximum of 5 in stock. This is just an example. These parameters need to be finalised with the supplier.
