PHP or Flash - SPOT THE BALL game required

THIS IS NOT MY SITE IT IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE SORT OF THING I NEED!!

If you scroll to the bottom of this page and click PLAY then a "Spot The Ball" game pops up and it is this part of this site I need someone to re-create for me.

1) Game title, ticket price, description and background image to be updatable via a secure admin panel. Admin panel to be able to view and sort competition entries.

2) Game allows user to click to enter x,y co-ordinates. A marker appears on the image to mark the users choice. The user can change their placing of the marker.

3) When the user has selected their co-ordinates they will be given a unique ticket number and forwarded to a form to enter their name, address, email and phone number and click terms and conditions acceptance of entering the competition.

4) On completion of this form the user will be forwarded to a payment processor (likely to be paypal but I will confirm this before I accept any bids).

5) On successfull payment completion the users competition entry will be stored in database and e-mailed to the webmaster/s and the user will be taken to a confirmation page.

6) The game must be secure and bug free and look nice!

7) The finished code will be capable of running a single competition, similar to the sample link I gave above and must be fairly easily customisable so it can fit in with the design/colors of any acompanying website.

I am willing to listen to coders who think they could improve on my suggestions or maybe undertake this in a different web language or flash.

I am leaving bidding open to suggestions as there are so many ways this project could be tackled and just wish to seek advice from coders first.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Running on Apache server with php MySQL and game must work in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape
