Create WordPress Theme from layout in editable PDF file

I have this editable PDF file for the layout of a website.

I want this layout to be conveted into a WordPress theme, widget ready for a website.

Ideally there should be FIVE Widget-bar sections, one for the right sidebar, and four at the bottom, just as shown in the PDF, for Categories (=posts)? PR & Publicity (=pages) etc.

The WordPress theme should work with Wordpress 2.3 and up and on IE6, IE7 and Firefox 2 and up.

## Deliverables

You will be given FTP access to the working Wordpress Installation on the Godaddy server so that you can install, test and refine the Theme to ensure that it is working fine.

There is one more trick with the large key-graphic (microphone+globe) on the page: That key-graphic is supposed to be? CHANGEABLE from page to page, in other words, for each page we want to be able to specify a DIFFERENT key graphic. I guess one could achieve that in one of 2 different ways:

1. Add a New Custom Field to the Wordpress PAGES with the URL to the background image, and if that custom-field is omitted or empty, just use no graphic. The theme pulls the key graphic out of the custom field.

or

2. make the DIV for the content section with a zero-border, so that a correctly sized image can be inserted there as a part of the Page Content. then the TEXT and the HEADLINES would have to be styled so that they have margins and don't cling to the borders of the body text section.

Unless you have an even better suggestion on how to accomplish that.
