Need website (wordpress) built using prior design and script

I have an idea for a movie site that runs from a script. It scrapes youtube and other places for _movie trailers_. I have the design in mind - need a coder to implement it while I focus on the marketing aspect of it as well my other clients.

I know there are scripts out there that do this and thats fine if you wish to implement a script - it would probably be faster as well - but I have a site design in mind and will tell the coders who are interested the site I wish to recreate - I just have better marketing placement ideas as well the imagery will funnel to the ads better -
