Reskinning Website Projecct and setting up on new hosting account

I have a website design that is already done and ready to skin. I need an experienced programmer who can incorporate the html design into my site so the site retains the existing funcitonality but has the new look. The site is based on the Open Cart Framework and so the programmer must have experience setting open cart on a plesk server. They can incorporate things changes on my live site (which is currently being hosted with [url removed, login to view]) and then I want the programmer to move this site and my wife's site from host upon to my new server (which is plesk). It is a VPS.

Essentially the project involves incorporating a new desingn on my eccommerce site and then moving the site and my wife's site to my new hosting provider after all the changes have been made. I am looking to consolidate my hosting providers so taht is why the move is necessary. The new hosting provider is on a plesk platform.
