We need a developer or team to help us and Design and code an External user Interface prototype for an Educational Application.
The external interface should be a release quality code that implements most stimuli (external stimuli detectable by the software, eg. Comand + data, buttons clicks, navigation, textboxes inputs, etc), but few responses.

We need a developer or team to help us and Design and code an External user Interface prototype for an Educational Application.
The external interface should be a release quality code that implements most stimuli (external stimuli detectable by the software, eg. Comand + data, buttons clicks, navigation, textboxes inputs, etc), but few responses.
The list of users of the application and the description of their roles and functions are included in the file attached (Users).
The code of the user interface should include:
Functionality modules for all stimulus set s of the interface (for each user group, including buttons or commands for each intended functionality briefly described in the document attached);
Stimulus methods;
methods for creating stimuli of the stimulus sets:
methods for detecting stimulus events;
Response methods;
Methods that perform responses for stimulus;
Access methods;
Methods do get field variables
Methods to set field variables.
The project will be programmed in C# (Desktop version) and Silverlight (RIA) or Java.
The business logic will be coded in C# or Java. It will be an n-tier application.
The main part is the multi-choice exam simulation engine( fully implemented);
The exams are Multiple choice based questions. They are pre-processed and packaged in separate files that can be uploaded and run by the exam simulation engine.
Additional information will be provided when requested to better clarify the stimulus sets and responses to be implemented.
Based on the description of the functionalities for the prototype users in the document attached, the prototype should provide stimulus Methods (fully implemented), Normal response (partially or not implemented), New stimulus response (deactivation of existing stimuli as well as the activation of new stimuli -fully implemented), Error and Performance, accuracy, Precision requirement (partially or not implemented).
The external user interface will be used to obtain customer feedback on all aspects of the requirements except required behavior. All stimulus methods should be fully implemented and projected using the actual look and feel and protocols. All New stimulus responses should be implemented. Normal or error responses may be totally absent, or simulated such as by hard-coding a typical response.
The prototype must look like the really thing externally, but can be a hollow shell internally.
The full implementation of the desired functionalities will be handled as separate projects (private bids);
After the prototype is completed and the size and scope of the project becomes more apparent, we will indicate the early availability of crucial capabilities we require (in a private project and request private bid). The requirements (full implementation of stimulus sets and associated behavior tables) will be prioritized into release groups, starting with the highest priority (new private projects to be posted separately for each to the same developer or team).
This small project is for the prototype only. The full implementation of stimulus sets and associated behavior tables (release groups) will be handled as a medium project each.
