Hi,
I am looking to have a automated option for clients to get an online quote for services.
I attached a excell I made of how and what I'm looking for. with formulas and hyperlinks to get the idea and feel of what I.m looking for.
I'm need:
1. A entry form where the client includes details and press button "get quote"
> Entry form to be a script I can paste any where on my existing website (HTML)
> this information is stored in a database (sql?)
> the database uses the unique ID as a quote reference
> Obtain values from the database do calculations with the inputs from the client input form
> Provides the client then with a onpage view quote AND
> quote email to be autimaticaly sent to client and me.
> quote to be date stamped etc.
2. A admin page (to be hidden from robots and protected from other external what evers)
> In the admin page I need to be able to change the values/ prices to be used on the quotes
> see summary of quotes sent/ issued (quote number, Client name, contact number, email)
NOTE:
The client information should be save and secure
