We are seeking a reliable and experienced programmer who is proficient in PHP/MYSQL to set up a membership page which will require a number of tables to capture data.

We already have one page completed with the script and layout, and need another page to work in with this.

We do NOT require any of the following:

Design

Bidding page

Home page

Links page

Terms and conditions page

Privacy Policy page

Search pages

Contact Us page

Web hosting or an ongoing support program

Etc... so please do not offer them as part of your price.

Any bids including these will automatically be ignored.

All we require is ONE membership page that will:

• Capture details in tables for search / job suitability functions, and that works with the existing membership page.

The membership page is a small part of a large project that will include up to 9 different types of membership profiles.

I have a sample page layout which can be provided.

Overview of the project

The site will operate in the following manner:-

1. Purchaser becomes a member and logs a job that needs filling via the site and job is sent to suppliers

2. Suppliers become a member and those that fit specific criteria (as specified by the purchaser) are notified and respond only if interested

3. Purchaser receives notification of the number of suppliers that fit the criteria and how many were notified

4. Purchaser selects suitable supplier from respondents and notifies the specific supplier of job success and any additional job details

5. Supplier confirms job acceptance

6. Purchaser confirms job acceptance

At step 6, the following is to occur

[url removed, login to view] of a sequential 'job number’ for each job, whether successfully completed or not (will require further discussion).

4. Payment confirmations sent electronically to supplier and purchaser

5. Legally binding contracts issued to both parties

The selection criteria would entail:

60 text boxes

21 drop-down boxes

18 check boxes

10 radio buttons

Both suppliers and purchasers will need the capability to upload jpeg’s, pdf’s/word documents (or similar), sound and video files; all of limited size and specifications

Security against hackers for site and future shopping cart

Must be scaleable!

All ownership and copyright of the project is to remain with us - you must agree to this before the project starts by way of a confidentiality and copyright agreement.
