Developer will modify/enhance existing Drupal Commons site to add allow members to maintain multiple "connection profiles" and perform bandwidth speed tests using flash-based app from ookla.com.
Developer will need to:
1 - use CCK to create content type for 'connection profile'
2 - use CCK to create content type for 'speed test results'
3 - add tabs to member profile to display/modify new content types above.
4 - from within tab that displays connection profiles, show link to new speed test
5 - provide pre-test form so member can provide info about signal & service type
6 - pre-test submission passes info to speedtest flash app page
7 - flash app passes test data and pre-test info to php trigger that records test result
8 - after test results recorded, php creates png graphic and uploads to amazon s3
9 - detail view of speedtest shows data and graphic, code snippets, and social links
Budget less than $500!!! if need more THEN BETTER DON'T BOTHERING BID!!
