308602 Joomla Pro Needed

I have a project in which I have all the modules that would be needed for it, even the joomla template.

But basically what this project requires, is the following:

Make is so that members can upload music and other members can purchase the music.

I have purchased an affiliate module that I want to have installed, that will track all sells, and a portion will go to the web site owner and the rest to the music owner.

I need this job done fast!

But I need it done right.

Quality is of an essence.
