Lock-down PC App

Our company needs a small app to act as a screen saver. This however will not be an actual screen saver but a simple application that will run in the background of any machine logged on to our network. The reason I say screen saver is because we want the ability to show different pictures (or messages if you will) of our company policies while the machine is locked down. Here are the attributes: -Looks like a screen saver -Can use customized screen shots (or pictures) -Administrative timeout setup -Password protected -When logged onto domain, only domain password will unlock -Administrative passwords. (On Domain must be Domain Administrator Password, otherwise user specified) -Logoff user after specified time period after machine has been locked. -Icon in system tray to lock machine down by user -Hot key sequence to lock machine down by user The key to this program is the ability to utilize the domain passwords for network security. We also would like the ability to setup up configuration file (example:[url removed, login to view]) on a local server that the application can run from. All ideas would be greatly appreciated.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Operating Systems can be Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, or XP. Mainly Windows 98 machines for right now.

## Deadline information

Deadline can be increased if programmer shows good motivation to complete program.
