mailer project

i need a mailing software developed which runs on windows and uses? a server ip and port # i can? enter into the software panel along with user names and passwords that i will be creating in my linux server.? ? ? ?

also i would like to create liscense key codes which i can set using a key generator type of? tool function.? these codes once developed can set the time and date of how long their software will operate for. for example once code would give them 30 days, another code will give them 60 days liscense ,? etc..?

## Deliverables

i will be offerring monthly subscriptions to my members that is why i need to? create? liscense codes using a key generator tool type of? function.? also the software will filter out unwanted domains and keywords by default from a list i will provide,? i have this list? on my desktop.

there will be a timer in the lower right? corner of the software panel indicating how many days they have left for their current subscriptions.?
