We have a commercial online application [url removed, login to view] for checking postal addresses, to make sure they are correct. This Address Meister is usually part of an online form, like an ecommerce order form. It helps prevent an order from being shipped to the wrong address. We provide our customers with samples of code with instructions to help them integrate Address Meister into their form. This task is to create that sample for a .Net SOAP client, using C#. The sample should show a simple html form with name, address, address 2, city, state (or province) and postal code. The results should display all of the data returned by the addressmeister tool. Although English will be the project language, the Project Manager speaks Hungarian, German, Spanish, and French.
## Deliverables
Deliverable should be in the form of a visual studio project. Include a README file that contains instructions on how to install and run the sample. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The deliver should have no components that are proprietary to a particular server or OS, but the user is likely to be a Windows shop.
