Video and Chat Pages Added to Adult Pay Site

I need a video page and chat page added to the site.

The video page will have my own content, and will also link to video-on-demand streaming pages from Hustler, All Adult and AEBN.

My content is in .flv format, so I will need a basic flash player embedded on the page. The user will click on a thumbnail image for a movie, and that movie will load into the flash player. The player should offer the three standard speeds, have a button on the control panel for full-screen, and also have 2x zoom capability.

The chat/webcam page will simply be media (images, vids) some text, and links to webcams.com. The images and vids for this page are provided by webcams.com.

Also, my CMS will need to be reconfigured so that the image galleries post to a new page (the page they currently post to will be converted to a sub-navigation, where the surfer will choose either the image gallery or the video gallery).
